SVP - National Head Client Servicing at IndiaMART

Abhishek Thard has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Abhishek started their career with Vodafone, where they held various leadership roles in marketing operations, zonal operations, circle retail sales, and prepaid sales. During their time at Vodafone, Abhishek was responsible for revenue delivery, subscriber retention, brand visibility, and strategic expansion of the retail channel.

In 2018, Abhishek joined OYO as the AVP of Hub Operations in Gujarat, leading a team of 300+ people and focusing on increasing the OYO Patron network, launching in new towns, and resolving customer issues. Abhishek then took on the role of VP of Regional Operations for the West region of India, where they oversaw revenue growth and expansion efforts. Following this, Abhishek became the VP of National Supply Acquisition for OYO, leading the supply growth function and developing capabilities across the value chain.

Most recently, Abhishek joined IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as the SVP - National Head Client Servicing. With this role, they are responsible for client servicing and ensuring a positive experience for IndiaMART InterMESH Limited's clients.

Abhishek Thard completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management, Nirma University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their BE (Hons.) degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Assam Engineering College from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained additional certifications such as a PG in Digital Marketing & Communication from upGrad in 2021 and a Certificate in Business Acumen from INSEAD in 2015.
