Robert McSwain

Robert McSwain has extensive experience in health services management, currently serving as the Director of the Office of Management Services at the DHHS Indian Health Service since May 2009. In addition to this role, Robert McSwain has been appointed as Acting Director of the IHS since February 10, 2015. Prior to this, Robert McSwain held the position of Deputy Director for Management Operations at the Indian Health Service from February 2005 to May 2009. Robert McSwain holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from California State University, Fresno.
