Dilusha Paranavithana

Dilusha Paranavithana is a seasoned professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Associate Director of Sales & Marketing at Taj Hotels since March 2024. Prior to this role, Dilusha held various positions at Shangri-La Group from January 2022 to March 2024, including Senior Manager and Manager of Sales for the Corporate sector in Sri Lanka. Experience also includes the role of Assistant Business Development Manager at Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo from May 2018 to January 2022, as well as Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Executive at Hilton Colombo Residences between November 2014 and April 2018. Dilusha began a career in the hospitality industry with an HR internship at MAS Active in 2012. Education includes a degree from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) completed between December 2011 and July 2015.
