Guilherme Margherita McIpd

Guilherme Margherita MCIPD has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with extensive experience in human resources management. Guilherme currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Taj Hotels since November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Hilton Hotels Worldwide from May 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at The Biltmore, Mayfair – LXR Hotels & Resorts from June 2018 to May 2019.

From 2016 to 2018, Guilherme held multiple roles at LHM - Lapithus Hotels Management UK Ltd, including Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the London Area and Multi-site Human Resources Manager. Guilherme also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager at Redefine|BDL Hotels from 2013 to 2016, and as a Human Resources Co-ordinator from 2011 to 2013.

Guilherme began their career at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts as a Front Office Coordinator from 2006 to 2011. Guilherme's early experience includes serving as a Front Office Manager at Atlantic Hotels from 2004 to 2006. Overall, Guilherme Margherita has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in human resources management.

Guilherme Margherita MCIPD obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of East London, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the same field from Santos Catholic University in Brazil, completed in 2007. Guilherme also holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management, which they obtained from Monte Serrat University in Brazil, completing it from 2002 to 2005. Lastly, they obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Aristoteles Ferreira School in Brazil, completing it in 2001.
