Laurika Adendorff

Laurika Adendorff has a strong background in human resources and management. Laurika is currently working at the New Heritage Foundation as an HR, Operations, Networking, and Head of Fundraising professional. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at Taj Cape Town. Laurika Adendorff obtained a Grade 12 degree from Voortrekker High Bethlehem (OFS) in 1990. Laurika later pursued a BA in Psychology, specializing in the Organizational Context, at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika starting in 2010.
