Aniket Majumdar

Aniket Majumdar is an Integrated PhD student at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), actively engaged in research within the Quantum Materials and Devices Group of the Physics Department since August 2018. Aniket has developed skills in science communication by writing press releases and research summaries for the IISc official website and contributing articles to the CONNECT magazine. Upcoming participation as a Young Scientist at the 73rd Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings is planned for July 2024. Previously, Aniket served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics under Dr. Debasish Das from June 2016 to June 2018. Aniket holds a PhD in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics and a Master of Science in Physical Sciences from IISc, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Jadavpur University, and a Higher Secondary qualification in Science from South Point High School, Kolkata.
