Srashti Vishvakarma is currently a PhD student at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) with a focus on experimental condensed matter physics, a program pursued since 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a project student at IISER Bhopal, where Srashti researched the epitaxial strain-driven structural and magnetic properties of TmCrO3 thin films from May 2018 to June 2019. Srashti also completed research internships at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), investigating the photoluminescence of InGaAs quantum dots in 2017, and at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, studying the thermoelectric properties of TiO2 oxide phases in 2016. Educational background includes a BS-MS dual degree in physics from IISER Bhopal and earlier schooling at St. Mary's Convent Senior Secondary School in Dewas, completing a +2 degree in PCM with Computer Science.
