Suhas S. Joshi

Suhas Joshi is an experienced academic and engineering professional, currently serving as the Director at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joshi was a Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1999 to March 2022. Joshi began a career in the automotive industry as an Assistant Manager at Tata Motors (Telco) from 1997 to 1999. Suhas Joshi holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering, obtained from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1997.
