Amitabha Bandyopadhyay

Amitabha Bandyopadhyay is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur since November 2018, also serving as the Professor in-charge of Innovation and Incubation at IIT Kanpur from July 2018. Previous experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School from January 2002 to December 2006. Amitabha Bandyopadhyay holds a PhD in Developmental and Molecular Biology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, obtained in 2002, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Presidency University. Early education was completed at Hooghly Collegiate School from 1980 to 1988.
