Prem Raj is a PhD student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, focusing on computer vision since January 2017. Prior to this, Prem held the role of Project Engineer at the Intelligence System Laboratory at IITK from August 2016 to January 2017 and worked as a Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics from August 2013 to July 2014. An internship at the University of California in May 2012 involved developing an automatic building occupancy measurement system. Academically, Prem earned a Master of Technology in Information and Communication Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur from 2014 to 2016, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution from 2009 to 2013.
