Adrien S. Alexander

Adrien S. Alexander, MBA, currently serves as the Academic Coordinator for TRIO Upward Bound at Indian River State College, where responsibilities include planning educational activities and providing career coaching to over 70 students annually. As the President and Founder of Young Ladies of Excellence, Inc., Adrien leads a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring young girls in business and life skills. Experience also includes board member roles with the National Black MBA Association, where oversight of leadership development and membership initiatives occur. With a robust background in education and business management, Adrien has held various positions including Business Management Trainer at Broward County Public Schools and adjunct faculty at City College. Previously, as a business owner, Adrien implemented operational improvements and marketing strategies that significantly enhanced company performance. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Community Leadership at the University of Miami, Adrien holds multiple degrees in business and psychology, complemented by a certification in life coaching.
