Holly MacIas

Holly Macias is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Retention & Student Success Coordinator at Indian River State College since July 2009. In this role, Holly oversees a web-based retention management software that facilitates communication between faculty and advisors regarding students' academic challenges, enabling the introduction of resources for student support. Prior to this position, Holly held roles as a Retention/Completion Specialist and Enrollment Specialist, focusing on recruiting, assisting students, and facilitating their enrollment and completion of college objectives. Holly's expertise in student admissions was further developed during tenure as a High School Admissions Counselor at Keiser University from 2007 to 2009.
