Manuel Rosario

Manuel Rosario is an experienced professional in quality, safety, and environmental management systems. Currently serving as a Process Control Engineer at TAMCO GROUP since 2017, Manuel also facilitates courses in Safety Management and Leadership by Example at Indian River State College. As an independent consultant since 2007, Manuel has provided training and lectures in Quality Management, Health and Safety, and Continual Improvement. Prior experience includes supervising production at Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc. and teaching at PUCMM, alongside significant roles at INFOTEP, where implementation of safety and health programs was key. Manuel holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Magister in University Pedagogy and Industrial Engineering, along with various certifications in quality and safety management.
