Indian Society for Technical Education
Rutuj Dahake is currently serving as a Co-Convener for the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) at the Government College of Engineering Amravati, having been selected for the role in April 2022. In addition, Rutuj holds the position of Social Media Manager for both ISTE and IE. Rutuj's experience includes serving as a Class Representative since the first semester of college and co-convening the Anchoring Committee from June 2022 to February 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation Engineering, currently pursued at the Government College of Engineering Amravati, along with prior studies at Jagadambha Jr. College and Free Methodist English High School.

Indian Society for Technical Education
Indian Society for Technical Education is a national, professional, non-profit making Society registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. First started in 1941 as the Association of Principals of Technical Institution(APTI), it was converted into "Indian Society for Technical Education" in 1968 with a view to enlarge its activities to advance the cause of technological education in the country. The major objective of the ISTE is to assist and contribute in the production and development of top quality professional engineers and technicians needed by the industries and other organisations. At VIT, ISTE organises various Technical and Fun Events, Technical Workshops and Code-A-Thon.
