Indiana 4-H Foundation
Ron Thieme, Ph.D., currently serves as a board member for the Indiana 4-H Foundation and the Foundation for Lutheran Child & Family Services of IN & Northern KY, while also owning the Hoosier Heritage Farm, which specializes in producing grass-fed beef, pastured poultry, and pastured pork without GMOs or antibiotics. With previous experience as Chief Experience Officer and Chief Knowledge and Information Officer at Community Health Network, and as President & CEO of AIT Laboratories, Thieme has a robust background in healthcare and organizational leadership. Additional roles include board member positions at Lutheran Child & Family Services of IN and Northern KY and executive leadership in various companies. Thieme holds a Ph.D., MS, and BS from Purdue University, contributing a strong educational foundation to a diverse career spanning multiple industries.
