Shelly Bingle, CFRE, serves as the Executive Director of the Indiana 4-H Foundation since November 2015, where responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising plans and managing diverse fundraising strategies. Previously, Shelly held roles such as FACE Capital Campaign Manager for an independent consultancy, Director of Development at Community Health Network Foundation, and Program Coordinator for Fishers Rotary Club. Early career experience includes positions as Director of Development for Planned Parenthood organizations and Spay Neuter Assistance Program Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University Kokomo.
