Lakshmi Hasanadka

Lakshmi Hasanadka has a diverse background in leadership roles, particularly in the legal and non-profit sectors. With experience as the Chief Executive Officer at The Indiana Afterschool Network, Lakshmi focuses on creating positive youth outcomes. Their previous positions include Assistant Vice President Strategy & Innovation at Ivy Tech Community College and Executive Director at Project Home Indy. In addition, Lakshmi co-founded a non-profit dedicated to supporting homeless teen mothers and has a background in law, having obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
