Previously, as the Associate Director of Chemistry Lab Operations, Kobe R. implemented initiatives to improve lab safety and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as Chief Operating Officer at Ourobio, where financial management, fundraising, and people management were key contributions. Earlier, Kobe R. worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Virginia, gaining hands-on experience in DNA assembly and various laboratory techniques. Kobe R. holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Spanish from the University of Virginia.
