Sarah Taylor is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in organ and tissue donation management and emergency medical services. Currently serving as the Manager of the Vital Link Donation Center at Indiana Donor Network since August 2022, Sarah has previously held roles such as Process Improvement Analyst and Supervisor at DCI Donor Services, Inc., and Supervisor at Indiana Donor Network's Vital Link Organ & Tissue Donation Center. Beginning their career as a Clinical Support Coordinator, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership skills, team building, and strategic operational planning. With a background in pre-hospital care as a Paramedic at Seals Ambulance Service and Columbus Regional Health, Sarah has developed a robust skill set in emergency care and medical protocols. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Sciences from Indiana University Indianapolis and an Associate of Science in Paramedic Science from Indiana University School of Medicine.
