Mike Hopper

Mike Hopper has extensive experience in the insurance and retail industries. Currently serving as Agency Manager at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance since December 2015, Mike is responsible for hiring, training, and guiding staff to achieve agency goals while setting and measuring monthly objectives. Prior to this role, Mike worked as an Insurance Agent, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, building client relationships, assessing customer needs, and delivering tailored risk management solutions. Before joining the insurance sector, Mike was a Retail Sales Manager at CVS Health Care from June 2011 to December 2015, where duties involved hiring and training store supervisors and overseeing performance. Mike Hopper holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
