Amanda Compton

Amanda Compton has over 15 years of experience in sales and management, currently serving as Platinum Agency Manager and Agent at Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies since July 2009. In this role, Amanda excels at establishing and developing new accounts through effective lead generation and sales techniques, while also maintaining and servicing existing accounts to achieve brokerage, sales, profit, and retention goals. Previously, Amanda was a Branch Manager at HSBC from September 2005 to July 2009, where management of a sales team resulted in maintaining the number one ranked office in the region for two consecutive years. Amanda's career began as an Assistant Store Manager at Sprint PCS from 2002 to 2005. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Studies-Advertising from Radford University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
