Ashley Fair, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in Human Resources, Safety & Environmental, Risk Management, and Claim Adjustment. Ashley began their career in 2001 as a Paralegal & Investigator at Christopher & Taylor and a Casualty Claim Adjuster at American Family Insurance. In 2005, they joined MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. as Manager, Field Human Resources, before moving on to Manager, Corporate Human Resources, Sr. Supervisor, Risk Management, Supervisor, Risk Management, and Specialist, Risk Management. In 2017, they became Vice President of Human Resources, Safety & Environmental and Human Resources Director at Indiana Furniture.

Ashley Fair holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Legal Studies from Ball State University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. In 2011, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained both a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
