Teresa Esser

Teresa Esser is an accomplished Managing Director currently leading Silicon Pastures II LLC since March 2023. With extensive experience in strategic planning and board-level decision making, Teresa has also served as a Managing Director at ESG Financial Corp., R LABS, and Rallius, all from early 2021 to March 2023. Additionally, Teresa holds a position on the Board of Directors at The Milwaukee Club since December 2017 and as a Member of the Advisory Board for Indiana Integrated Circuits, LLC since September 2015. Engagement in community activities is evidenced through participation in neighborhood events and management of properties at Ellery Square Associates, LLC, since 2004. Teresa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Humanities and Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
