Peter Prettyman

Peter Prettyman currently serves as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at the Indiana Municipal Power Agency, a position held since October 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing legal, compliance, safety, and government relations departments while managing all legal affairs for the agency. Prior to this role, Peter was Vice President & General Counsel at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP from September 2004 to October 2014, focusing on complex commercial, environmental, and intellectual property litigation. Peter holds a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (2004) and a BA in Humanities with an emphasis in Public Address from Vanguard University of Southern California (1996).
