Shawn Andrews

Shawn Andrews, MBA, serves as the Manager of Field Services at Indiana Municipal Power Agency since May 2021, overseeing the safety, reliability, and performance of the Solar Operations and Maintenance, and metering departments. Prior roles at the agency include Solar Operations and Maintenance Manager and Supervisor, focusing on the performance of solar technicians. Before joining IMPA, Shawn held multiple positions at Keihin North America from August 2012 to May 2021, culminating as Maintenance Supervisor, where responsibilities included training staff and leading maintenance projects. Shawn's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as two Associate degrees in Advanced Automation and Robotics, and Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
