Michael Wagoner

Michael Wagoner graduated from Indiana University in Kokomo with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. He gained experience by working in a healthcare facility in quality, where He later transitioned to a role in healthcare compliance. After gaining years of experience in that role and working closely with legal and information technology workers, He continued his career path in 2021 by coming to IPMG as a Corporate Compliance Manager and is now Director of Corporate Compliance and IT.

His responsibilities as a Director of Corporate Compliance and IT include ensuring IPMG Employee Owners follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, contractual agreements, and IPMG policies. He serves as the Privacy Officer and manages HIPAA compliance, cyber security, risk management, CARF accreditation, and the State of Indiana Regulatory Compliance. His role also oversees systems development and information technology.
