Ben Linder

Ben Linder currently serves as the Marketing Consumer Outreach Manager for the Indiana Soybean Alliance, overseeing marketing and communication activities statewide, with a focus on partner collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Heartland Dental as a Regional Recruiting Manager, implementing full-cycle recruiting processes across over 100 locations. Ben's experience also includes a position as National Recruiting Manager at Floss Bar, where responsibilities involved staffing over 200 clinic sites and leading a merger pilot project with Align Technologies™. Earlier roles included Practice Manager at Heartland Dental and Executive Director of Operations (Volunteer) at GoChurch Indy. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Greenville University.
