Allison L. Young

Allison L. Young is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable healthcare institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy for Centralized Compounding at Indiana University Health since September 2022, Allison leads the development of centralized sterile and non-sterile compounding services. Prior roles include Operations Manager of Inpatient Pharmacy at Riley Hospital for Children and Pharmacy Team Lead at Indiana University Health, where responsibilities included quality oversight of compounding operations and process improvement projects.
