Crystal Hinson Miller, MA, FAHP, CFRE has a diverse work experience in the field of healthcare philanthropy. Crystal Hinson is currently a Board Member for the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy. Prior to this role, they served as the President of the IU Health Foundation and Senior Vice President/Chief Philanthropy Officer at Indiana University Health. In addition, they have been a member of YPO, an organization for young global leaders. Crystal Hinson also worked at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health as the Associate Dean for Advancement and Executive Director of the UNC-CH Public Health Foundation, Inc. and at UNC Health Care as the Chief Development Officer at North Carolina Children's Hospital and Vice President of The Medical Foundation of NC. Before that, they were the Director of Development at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine and at Appalachian State University.

Crystal Hinson also obtained dual Master of Arts (M.A.) degrees in Special Education and Reading and Language from Appalachian State University.
