Crystal Lott

Crystal Lott currently serves as the Service Line Administrator for the Plastic Surgery Division at IU Health Physicians since December 2024. Lott has held various positions at Indiana University Health since April 2017, including Practice Administrator for IUHP General Surgery, and has been involved with IUHP General Surgery as both Practice Manager and Practice Administrator since November 2012. From April 1996 to November 2012, Lott worked as a Supervisor at Tower Surgical Inc. Crystal Lott earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2019 and 2021.
