Lauryn M. Toby, Ph.D., BCBA, HSPP, is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology and behavioral health. Currently serving as the Program Director of Behavioral Health at Indiana University Health since August 2025, Toby previously held multiple leadership roles at LittleStar ABA Therapy, including Vice President of Psychological Services and Licensed Clinical Psychologist, from November 2018 to August 2025. Toby has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor in the Master's of ABA program at Drake University, teaching courses on Research Methods and Ethics in Applied Behavior Analysis from September 2017 to May 2019. Previous roles also include Psychological Services Director at One Vision and training at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine through postdoctoral fellowships. Toby earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology and School Psychology from Illinois State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
