Meagan O'Neill, MD, FAAP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of pediatrics. Meagan has held various roles at Indiana University School of Medicine, including being an Attending Physician and an Associate Division Chief for Faculty Development. Meagan has also served as a Pediatrician at Riley Diagnostic & 2nd Opinion clinic and as a Physician Advisor in different school districts. Dr. O'Neill has demonstrated leadership skills by leading statewide quality improvement and asthma learning collaboratives. Currently, they are the Team Lead for COVID-19 Operations Planning and the Site Medical Director at Riley Primary Care Clinic. Meagan has also served as the Medical Director for Pediatric Primary Care and Pediatric Pharmacy Support Pilot Project at Indiana University Health. Dr. O'Neill completed a Chief Resident Physician role during their post-residency leadership year at the Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics. Overall, they have a strong background in pediatric medicine, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives.

Dr. Meagan O'Neill completed their pediatric residency at Indiana University School of Medicine from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the same institution from 2004 to 2008. Meagan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences and Women's Studies from Vanderbilt University from 2001 to 2004. Dr. O'Neill has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including board certification in General Pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics in 2011.
