Shara Eloms

Shara Eloms, MSN, RN, NE-BC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shara started their career at Detroit Medical Center in 2010 as a Clinical Manager in the Operating Room, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they joined Indiana University Health as the Administrative Clinical Director of Perioperative Services at Riley Children's Hospital. From there, they progressed to the role of Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Clinical Operations in 2018, and later became the Director of Clinical Operations, Perioperative Services Adult Academic Health Center in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Administrative Director of Perioperative Services at Indiana University Health.

Shara Eloms, MSN, RN, NE-BC completed their Master of Science degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the same university between 2012 and 2014.
