Karen Dace leads the campus in creating a community that is inclusive of all voices, cultures, and ways of knowing and being. Collaborating with multiple on- and off-campus offices to encourage connections among people, Karen and the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion help transform the campus climate, improving morale and productivity and fostering a sense of belonging.
