Aaron Lottes

Aaron Lottes is a highly experienced academic and professional in the fields of engineering and medicine. Currently serving as a Professor and Associate Professor of Engineering Practice at Purdue University since May 2020, Lottes also holds the position of Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Family Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine since January 2022. Prior to these roles, a significant tenure at Cook Research Incorporated from January 2007 to May 2020 included the positions of Director of Regulatory Science and Regulatory Scientist. Lottes began his career at Bethlehem Steel Corporation as a Quality and Process Technology Engineer from June 1997 to August 2002. Lottes earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University (2002-2006), an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University (1998-2000), and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University (1993-1997).
