Maggie Watson

Maggie Watson is currently a Medical Scribe at South Bend Orthopaedics, a role held since June 2024. Additionally, Watson has been volunteering at Beacon Health System since January 2022, providing support to pediatric oncology and hematology units. As a Project Intern with YWCA USA and a Research Assistant at Indiana University School of Medicine since May 2023, Watson is actively engaged in community health initiatives and food insecurity research. Previous experience includes caring for Type-1 diabetic children at Camp Sweeney and international volunteer work with Global Medical Brigades in Panama. Earlier roles also feature a camp counselor position at Conner Prairie, leading educational adventures for children. Watson is pursuing education at the University of Notre Dame, attending from 2020 to 2024.
