Tara Hobson

Tara Hobson, PhD, is an accomplished academic and administrator currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Clinical Anatomy, Cell Biology and Physiology, along with various directorial roles at the Indiana University School of Medicine since April 2013. Previous experience includes positions as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Sociology and Assistant Director at the IUPUI Solution Center from May 2011 to August 2017, along with a Program Coordinator role at the Indiana State Department of Health in 2011 and Project Manager/Research Assistant at the Institute for Research on Social Issues from 2009 to 2011. Tara Hobson holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Leadership from Indiana State University and has earned both a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
