Jasmine Park

Jasmine Park is the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Indianapolis Colts. Jasmine has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions with several Fortune 1000 companies. Jasmine has a proven track record of strategic thinking and problem solving, and is passionate about developing people and teams. Jasmine is an expert in employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, benefits, payroll, and compensation.

Jasmine is a strong advocate foremployee engagement and inclusion, and is dedicated to creating a positive and healthy work environment. Jasmine has led the HR team for technology employees across multiple business units, and has successfully recruited top talent in a highly competitive marketplace. Jasmine is also an instructor and trainer on company policies, procedures, and processes. Jasmine advises employees and management on how to achieve optimal performance and counsels employees on issues affecting morale, teamwork, and productivity.

In their current role with the Colts, Jasmine is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including compliance with government employment laws, internal policies, and workplace investigations. Jasmine also manages the team’s FMLA and leave of absences administration, as well as workers compensation reporting. Jasmine is committed to helping the Colts organization succeed by attracting, developing, and retaining the best employees possible.

Jasmine Park reports to Kurt Humphrey, Chief Financial Officer. Jasmine Park works with Brian Richardson, Jr. - Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Tina Mcknight - Payroll Manager, and Lindsey Hammond - VP, Finance. and Sarah Dan - Human Resources Analyst reports to Jasmine Park.
