Alekhya Sengupta Banerjee

Alekhya Sengupta Banerjee is an innovative social entrepreneur, founder of H2P2 and MPower Yourself, recognized for creating sustainable solutions by recycling non-stick pans into home decor and promoting financial literacy for underprivileged women. Since June 2022, H2P2 has partnered with NGOs to train artists, while MPower Yourself has enabled financial inclusion through partnerships with banks. In addition to these ventures, Alekhya serves as a Fellow at IndianRaga and holds positions as a Research Scholar and Advisory Board Member at Pioneer Academics. Leadership roles include being the President of the TISB Girl Up Club and facilitating Bharatnatyam dance at Neev NGO. Alekhya also contributes as a blogger and has gained valuable internship experience at Quest Global and SimpliFresh. Currently pursuing an IBDP at The International School Bangalore, Alekhya's academic focus includes Economics and Mathematics.
