Jaime Horn Junior

Jaime Horn Junior is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and administration. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Administration at Indicium Tech since December 2021, Jaime leads operations in Brazil and the United States while strategically managing teams to ensure high performance. Previously, as a co-founder of FDA Finance, Jaime oversaw commercial and financial areas and managed relationships with financial institutions. With a tenure at Banco Santander encompassing various roles focused on corporate client relations and business development, Jaime has consistently driven growth and enhanced customer loyalty. Jaime holds an MBA in Finance and Capital Markets from FAE Centro Universitário and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
