Alexandre Costa started their career as an Associate Operations Manager and founding member at Dom Frango Co., where they played a key role in designing the franchise development model and go-to-market strategy. After that, they co-founded and led There App, a social network with a unique video-streaming feature, where they recruited co-founders and successfully launched the product within a short period.

Alexandre Costa then joined Ethan Partners as a Senior Consultant, providing executive search and global expansion recruiting services to leading technology start-ups and PE/VC backed multinationals. During their time at Ethan Partners, Alexandre quickly progressed to the role of Senior Consultant within 9 months.

Their career then took him to Accenture, where they worked as a Management Consultant and focused on strategy and operations consulting. Notably, they coordinated a merger and acquisition integration project for a multinational retail bank and identified profit uplift potential in the trade operations of a top Portuguese commercial bank.

Currently, Alexandre is working at Indie Campers as the Chief Business Development Officer, leading growth and business development initiatives at the corporate/group level. Alexandre Costa is also a board member and a part of the Executive Leadership Team at Indie Campers.
