Carolina Ponte

Carolina Ponte serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Special Projects Coordinator at Indie Campers since December 2016. Prior to this role, Carolina worked as a Training and Development Consultant at Jason Associates and as a Social Media Shaper for the Young Talent Conference. Carolina’s extensive involvement in student organizations at ISCTE-IUL includes roles such as the International Relationships Coordinator, Vice President of the Students' Union, and Sports Coordinator, overseeing logistics and student activities for approximately 10,000 students. Carolina is also a finalist of the Jumping Talent competition sponsored by Universia Portugal and has coordinated events for TEDxISCTE. Educationally, Carolina holds a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE-IUL and Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from both ISCTE-IUL and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
