Systems Engineer QA at INdigital Telecom

Chris Olry has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chris started their career as a Live Audio and Sound Engineer, working on over 20 shows in Fort Wayne and Allen County. Chris then worked as an Intern at Sweetwater and as a Video Editor in the work study program at Indiana University-Purdue University-Fort Wayne.

Later, they joined Sharetec Systems as a Hardware Conversion Technician and Conversion Analyst, where they helped credit unions transition their data to the Sharetec Credit Union Management Software System. Chris was also involved in expediting the development of home banking apps and automating disaster recovery processes.

After that, they worked at INdigital, where they initially served as a Systems Engineer QA. Chris was then promoted to NSOC Trainer & Team Lead, responsible for training and leading the National Support Operations Center team. Chris worked closely with Tier III Engineering, System Administrators, Network Administrators, and management to implement new systems and software.

Alongside their professional career, Chris Olry co-hosted and edited videos for the Wood, Wire, & Watts Podcast, which focused on sharing experiences and advice for artists.

Chris Olry received a Bachelor's Degree in Music and an Outside Field - Music Technology from Purdue University Fort Wayne from 2008 to 2014. From 2018 to 2020, they obtained a Technical Certificate in Software Development from Ivy Tech Community College. In 2023 and 2024, Chris pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Analytics from Western Governors University. Additionally, they earned several additional certifications, including Introduction to Graphic Design: Concepts, Graphic Design Careers: First Steps, Social Media Marketing Foundations, What is Graphic Design? from LinkedIn in January and February 2022, the TestOut PC Pro Certificate from TestOut Corporation in March 2019, and the Google IT Support Professional Certificate Specialization from Coursera in January 2019.
