Matt Metzger

Matt Metzger has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Matt started their career at Shore United Bank, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Loan Assistant. In 2017, they joined the State of Delaware as a Telecommunications Specialist before moving to Queen Anne's County Government as a Public Safety Dispatcher II. Matt was later promoted to the role of Public Safety Dispatcher III. In 2015, they joined Kent County Government as a 911 Specialist II. Matt then transitioned to TSSI Consulting, LLC in 2021, serving as a Technology Consultant and CAD Subject Matter Expert. Currently, they work at INdigital as a Project Support Technician in the Project Management Office.

Matt Metzger attended Towson University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology. In addition to their degree, Matt has obtained several certifications, including First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from the American Heart Association in January 2018, Communications Training Officer from APCO International in September 2017, and Emergency Fire Dispatcher Certification (EFD), Emergency Medical Dispatcher Certification (EMD), and Emergency Police Dispatcher - Q Certification (EPD - Q) from Priority Dispatch in August 2015.
