Oswaldo Rojas has extensive professional experience, beginning with their role as a Travel Agent at Condor Verde Lufthansa City Center Travel Agency in Caracas, Venezuela in 2010. Oswaldo then moved to IHG - InterContinental Hotel Tamanaco in 2007, where they worked as an InterContinental Guest Service. In 2010, they joined Atar Creaciones Culinarias as an Operations & Catering Manager and in 2011 they worked at Origin Restaurant as an Operations & Training. From 2014 to 2018, they held the role of Corporate Sales Account Manager & Events Manager at NH Hotel Group and Corporate Airlines Sales Management at NH Hotel Group. In 2021, they joined Globalization Partners as an Account Manager, EMEA and currently works as a Customer Success Manager at indigitall since 2022.

Oswaldo Rojas completed a Licentiate degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidad Nueva Esparta between 2007 and 2011. In 2012, they earned a Certificate in Foodservice Management from Cornell University. Oswaldo then attended IEDE Business School and earned an International MBA in International Business between 2012 and 2013. In 2013, they completed an International Business and Operations Management program at UC Irvine. Finally, they completed a Programa ThePowerMBA with a specialization in Digital Marketing from ThePower Business School in 2021.
