Carla Keown

Carla Keown has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Carla'smost recent position was as the Senior Vice President of Retail Strategy and Operations at Indigo, a role they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Retail Experience and Operations at Indigo from January 2018 to August 2022. From February 2013 to December 2017, Carla worked as the Senior Director of Retail Operations and Profitability at Indigo. Before joining Indigo, they held various positions at Old Navy, including Market Leader from January 2009 to December 2012 and General Manager from November 2003 to December 2008. Carla also served as a Store Manager at Esprit from 2001 to 2003, and as a General Manager at Gateway Country from June 2000 to May 2001. Carla'scareer in the retail industry began as a Store Manager at Eddie Bauer from August 1996 to June 2000.

Carla Keown holds a BA Honours degree in Anthropology from the University of Alberta.
