Emmet Lydon

Emmet Lydon has a long and extensive work experience, beginning with a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at CR Bard in 1988. Emmet then moved to Procter & Gamble in 1991, and then to Boston Scientific in 1994 as Core Technologies Director of Operations. In 2001, they were Director of Operations at Aortech International Plc. From 2003 to 2014, they held various positions at Alere, Inc., including VP of Operations EMEA, VP of Asian Operations Alere Inc., and VP Operation Mergers and Aquisitions. In 2014, they moved to Teleflex Incorporated as VP of International Manufacturing. In 2020, they were Vice President Of Manufacturing Excellence at Stryker, and they are currently Chief Operating Officer at Indigo Diabetes since 2022.

Emmet Lydon has completed an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Manufacturing Technologies from The Open University, and attended Athlone Institute of Technology.
