Kyla Farmer

Kyla Farmer has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Kyla is currently the Chief People Officer at Indigo, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Non Executive Director at B&CE starting in January 2021. From 2018 to 2022, Kyla worked at Keltbray Group, first as the Group HR Director from October 2018 to June 2020, and then as the Group People Director from June 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they held multiple HR positions at Compass Group, including Learning and Reward Director, Business Transformation Director, and various HR leadership positions. Additionally, Kyla worked at TUI as an HR Consultant from January 2010 to November 2010, and as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager from 2003 to 2009.

Kyla Farmer obtained a BA Hons degree in History from The University of Manchester in the years 1999 to 2002. Kyla then pursued an MA degree in Human Resource Management at Kingston University from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Kyla has the certification of MCIPD Qualified from CIPD.
