Joshua Dick

Joshua Dick is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack web development and architectural design, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Indigo since March 2019. Prior to this role, Joshua spent nearly a decade at Cisco, where responsibilities included software architecting and leading Agile Scrum teams for various IP telephony applications within the Customer Journey Business Unit. Notable projects at Cisco included the development of Webex Teams Care and Care Assistant, as well as contributions to Context Service and Packaged Contact Center Enterprise. Joshua's career also includes a software consulting role, experience in education tech startup projects, and foundational support roles in tech environments. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2009.
