Nurfita Osman is an experienced Human Capital professional with a background in overseeing and implementing various Human Capital programs and policies within organizations. With a strong focus on employee relations, training and development, and performance management, Nurfita has successfully collaborated with leaders to enhance work relationships and improve productivity. Prior to their current role at PT Indika Energy Tbk., Nurfita also gained valuable experience at PT. United Tractors Tbk. and Mitsubishi Corporation. Nurfita also worked as a Research Assistant at Yale University. Nurfita graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2015.
